Salon Policies

Being on time for your appointment is very important, if you will be 15 minutes late or more please be prepared to reschedule for another appointment. Your time as well as the stylist’s time is very important, if we cannot spend the appropriate time on your service it will take away time of the next client’s appointment.

We request 24 hours’ notice to cancel your service; this time will allow us to fill the vacant time with another client. less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the total service. "no shows" will be charged the full amount of the service. repeat no shows may require you to prepay for your next service. Chemical services and group bookings must be cancelled with 48-hour notice. corrective color, hair extensions, and keratin treatments must be cancelled with 48-hour notice and require a deposit.

A blowout is included in each color service, being able to see the hair dry will ensure the quality of the color service. if you have any concerns or questions please ask.

Salon Product Return Policy

Return and Refunds

If you are unhappy with any product that you purchase from CV Style Co, you have up to 14 days to return the product for a product exchange only, no refunds. The product must have at least 3/4 of its contents remaining in the bottle.

Parking

Free Parking lot is located directly south of the building off University Blvd with access from the alley way and is marked with signs saying Business Parking.
